Tara opened her practice at Motion Plus Physiotherapy in early 2023. She is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 10 years of experience in the field. She has always had a passion for helping others, and her work as a massage therapist allows her to do just that.

Tara received her formal training at Kikkawa College in 2009, where she learned a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release and prenatal massage. She is also trained in Orthopedic Cupping, Thai Massage and Reiki, which she often incorporates into her massages to enhance relaxation and overall wellness.

Over the years, Tara has had the pleasure of working with clients of all ages and backgrounds.  Each session is customized to meet the unique needs and preferences of her clients, with the goal of promoting healing, relaxation, and improved physical and emotional wellbeing.

In addition to her work as a Massage Therapist, she is committed to continuing education and staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in the field. Tara is also a member of CMTO and RMTAO which allows her to connect with other massage therapists and stay involved in the larger massage therapy community.

Outside of massage therapy, Tara’s other interests include hiking (she once hiked 800km), reading (almost anything she can get her hands on) and generally being active (preferably outdoors).

Tara looks forward to working with you to help you achieve your wellness goals.
