Our Story
Motion Plus Physiotherapy is a Physiotherapist owned and operated practice proudly serving the City of Guelph since 1997. We offer a variety of services including orthopedic and neurological physiotherapy, acupuncture for musculoskeletal conditions, dry needling, massage therapy and kinesiology. We work with patients of varying abilities across the lifespan to improve physical function and quality of life. Our staff function as a dedicated team whose purpose is to provide our patients with a high quality experience in a friendly, caring, and professional setting.
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is one of active participation by both you and your Physiotherapist. At your initial appointment you will undergo a comprehensive physical assessment. Using the results of the assessment and the principles of evidence informed practice, your Physiotherapist will provide you with a diagnosis and will outline a personalized treatment program that aligns with your goals. Your program will encompass a variety of treatment approaches such as exercise, manual therapy, education and lifestyle changes in order to optimize your abilities.
