The administrative staff at Motion Plus were warm, friendly and helpful. As the treatments began I realized I was in the hands of a very knowledgeable, competent practitioner. Over time I observed that everyone on staff enjoyed working here: there was a strong sense of team.

I feel very fortunate to have found Denise at Motion Plus. She has helped me deal with my Parkinson’s in so many ways. Not only is she always looking for exercises and stretches for me, but she is awesome at explaining what each movement is doing to help me. The staff are always helpful and courteous. So glad to have Motion Plus as part of my life.

I have been receiving treatment at Motion Plus on and off for over 20 years.  Treatment has been for a variety of sprains and strains as well as for the long recovery process after shoulder surgery.   Over the years I have been treated by three different therapists and in every case have been highly satisfied by the treatment that I have received and the end result of said treatment.  Should the need arise in the future I cannot imagine thinking of going anywhere else.

I am so lucky to have found Motion Plus Physiotherapy. As a SCI (Spinal Cord Injury) client, my therapist Sarah Kelly is exactly what I needed. From time of assessment she is continuously aware of my physical progress and mental state. She takes this into consideration at each appointment, and adjusts is accordingly.  She also takes the time to help me understand why we do each routine, what the goal is and answers all of my questions. This is a hands on Physiotherapy organization, by helping with form of each exercise, encouraging and being a cheerleader along the way. I look forward to my appoints with Sarah and believe that my healing, progress and mental wellbeing is of the utmost importance at Motion Plus Physiotherapy.
